About Tanit XR

Tanit XR is a nonprofit initiative working to digitally preserve Tunisia’s cultural heritage before it disappears to time, weather, or neglect. Through 3D scanning, an open digital archive, and immersive AR/VR experiences, we make mosaics, statues, and historic sites accessible to students, researchers, and the public everywhere.

We believe heritage belongs to everyone. By combining technology, education, and global collaboration, we not only document and protect the past but also share it in new ways that inspire curiosity and pride. Every scan, workshop, and volunteer effort brings us closer to safeguarding Tunisia’s history for future generations.
