This unique fragment from the الفيلات الرومانية بقرطاج preserves the upper torso of a sculpted bust richly decorated with relief figures و patterns. Unlike plain portrait busts, this piece includes carved scenes on the chest و shoulders, possibly representing mythological figures or symbolic motifs. Such decorated statuary was uncommon in private villas, suggesting this may have been part of a more elaborate display piece or linked to a particular cult or commemoration. Though the head و arms are missing, the surviving detail showcases the artistry و narrative depth of Roman sculpture.
